Stephen has an Masters degree in Environmental Studies from York University. His research focused on the use of the Clean Development Mechanism (CDM) of the Kyoto Protocol to promote renewable energy technologies. Stephen has expertise is in climate change and carbon offset policy, internationally and at the federal and provincial levels within Canada. He has four years of experience in offset markets in the NGO and private sectors. Prior to joining Blue Source Canada, Stephen worked as a carbon offset consultant, advising clients on climate change policy, carbon market opportunities, and carbon offset projects.
