Daniella Gorton, B.Sc.
Project Analyst
Daniella is a Bachelor of Science graduate in Environmental Science (Honors program), from the University of Lancaster, United Kingdom. Through her education she has developed an extensive knowledge of current environmental issues, and a strong technical understanding of the earth sciences. Prior to joining Blue Source, Daniella worked extensively throughout Western Canada, and North America, as an environmental
geoscientist, developing and managing a variety of projects in dynamic settings. Daniella is a technical terrestrial carbon project analyst at Blue Source, working on a variety of project types in the North American voluntary and regulatory carbon offset markets. She is principally focused on the expanding forest market sector and has assisted in the screening phase, inventory assessment, modeling of emission reductions, and overall development of forest projects from project screening to verification. She is currently involved in several forest projects in both Canada and the US.
